Who are we?
Jaime began grooming in 2009 after graduating from the New York School of Dog Grooming. She inherited a love for dogs and was inspired by her mother, Anne. Jaime's mother began her own grooming business in 1977 and taught Jaime all of her tips and tricks! They’ve worked side by side for years, share a great love for dogs, and a greater love for each other.
Dedicated to her passion for animal care, Jaime has been providing loyal and loving grooming services for over 14 years! Remember, no job is too big or too small, so contact Dogs World for your appointment today!

FULL GROOM
This service includes: Full body haircut (to breed or personal standards), massaging bubble bath, conditioning treatment (if needed), hand dry/kennel dry, sanitary trim, dental rinse, nail clipping, ear cleaning, cologne spritz, bandana/bow tie, hugs & kisses. BATH
This service includes: Massaging bubble bath, hand/kennel dry, sanitary trim, paw pad trim, facial trim, nail clipping, cologne spritz, bandana/bow tie, hugs & kisses.
NAIL CLIPPING/GRINDING
Nail clipping is included with all services. Nail grinding is available upon request and only available in our full service grooms. If you are an existing client on a routine schedule, ALL FOLLOW-UP NAIL CLIPPINGS ARE FREE! Stop in anytime in between grooming sessions and we will trim your pets nails at no extra charge. If you are not on a routine schedule with us, a nail trim is $15. Please remember we are CASH ONLY.
Each pet is priced by breed, size, coat condition, and temperament. Every pet is evaluated before services are performed, so you know exactly what to expect.
Please advise us if your pet has excessive matting prior to making your appointment. Since matted dogs require more time and attention, failure to inform us of your pets coat condition may result in cancellation of services
STORE POLICIES
•Due to the influx in no-shows, pet parents will be subject to a $20 fee per pet for all no-show appointments.This fee will be added to your next bill. All cancellations must be made no later than 8:30am on the day of your pets scheduled appointment. Cancellations are accepted via phone or email.
•Safety is our number one priority here at Dogs World Grooming. All dogs must be leashed or in carriers. Most of our clients pets are friendly and very happy to be here but some may be fearful in new environments or display aggressive behaviors.
To ensure we respect your pet and their space, all dogs are checked in one at a time. If there is a client with their pet in the reception area, we kindly ask you to wait outside until that dog has been checked in and put into a kennel. Be mindful that we groom all breeds and temperaments so please do not assume all dogs in our facility are pet/people friendly. Please ask before petting a strange dog and please consult your fellow pet parents before engaging in greetings between the dogs. Some dogs need their space and that’s okay!
FAQs
How long does it take?
Our drop off time is between 9-9:30am and our pickup time is between 2-2:30pm, unless discussed otherwise.
Please understand I am only 1 person. I answer phones, tend to inquiring customers, all while in the middle of a busy grooming day. I never want to rush while grooming your pet and I have found this system to be the safest while still maintaining efficiency.
Where do the dogs stay?
To ensure your pets safety and to respect your pets space, all dogs will be crated when not being groomed. We find cage-free environments to be more stressful for not only your pet, but your groomer as well.
Do you provide dog walking?
It is highly suggested to exercise and relieve your dog prior to your grooming as we do not provide walking services during your visit.
Do you have experience with dogs that display behavioral issues?
If you have a dog who is aggressive, doesn’t like to be groomed, or has been kicked out of previous grooming salons, look no further! We will try our best to get the job done. Please contact us directly for specialty appointments as these services are limited. Specialty appointments are available on Tuesday and Sunday. All specialty appointments are individually priced based on your pets temperament and coat condition. Please be advised, for these appointments ONLY, there is an extra $75/hr fee added onto the initial cost of the grooming.
Do you take walk-ins?
Unfortunately we are not available for walk-ins at this time. We suggest calling to make your appointment a month ahead of time as we book up fairly quick. Please note: Holiday and weekend appointments book up several months in advance so we suggest staying on a routine 4, 6, or 8 week grooming schedule.
How much does it cost?
All prices are subject to change and determined by the dogs breed, coat condition, and temperament. We average prices as follows: full groom small breed $70-$80, full groom medium breed $80-$90, full groom large & xl breed $90-$150. Doodles range from $85-$225. All rates are discussed prior to grooming. Please keep in mind we are a CASH ONLY business, we do NOT accept credit cards, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, or Apple Pay.
What if my dog is matted or has a lot of knots?
De-matting is an extremely painful experience for your pet. Unfortunately, excessive matting will result in a shave-down as we aim to make your dogs experience as pleasurable as possible. To avoid a shave down, brush your dog every other day and stay on our recommended 4, 6, or 8 week grooming schedule!
Do you express anal glands?
Anal glands are scent sacs found right under your dog’s tail. Some dogs express them naturally, while others do not. Please consult with your veterinarian as most prefer that groomers NOT express these glands. We do not preform this in our facility.
Can I bring my own shampoo?
Absolutely! If your veterinarian has prescribed or suggested an alternate shampoo, we will gladly use it. Please note, many prescribed shampoos/conditioners require 5-10 minutes of contact time. If this is the case, the groomer will stay with your dog and gently massage the product into their coat and skin at no extra charge.
